We are currently hiring providers in the Benson Area to work in the Respite house located at
505 E 5th Street with the disabled under the age of 12. We are also hiring providers to work
in the consumer's homes providing respite, habilitation, and attendant care.

2.Print three(3) reference letters:

4.Set up an interview:

If Caring Connections for Special Needs decides to hire you as a provider, you will be given a
packet to fill out and a list of items needed from you.
5. Get your fingerprints rolled and call Tracey at (520)686-0982
to set up orientation. Bring your fingerprint card, clearance card application, a money order
or cashiers check for $57.00 made out to DPS, and the required forms on the list to the orientation.
6. Get Required Training:
Once your training is completed you can call for names of families to
interview with.
*Please note: CPR and First Aid training is required. If these classes are not available through
Caring Connections, it is your responsibility to take these classes independently.
