I am the mother of an 8 year old special needs child named Kaylee. When we moved from McNeal to Benson in 2004 I thought that I would have better services for my child here. There are actually worse services in this area than in the Douglas area. I am excited about our new business because I know how frustrating it is to need services but have no one to get them from.

I feel there is a lack of support and understanding in this community, and I have a strong desire to change that.

I have a granddaughter with Autism, so have been able to see first had how challenging it is to raise and care for someone with a disability. It is my desire to provide care, support, and information to those in the community who are in need.
